Federal Way Tragedy Leads to Arrest

by Lewis & Laws

Four People Shot to Death in Federal Way

On Sunday, a crazed 27-year-old went on a homicidal rampage on Federal Way in Washington. According to reports, an angry man murdered four people on the road by shooting a gun that alerted residents in a nearby apartment complex. Frantic calls to 911 reported that the individuals were frightened and that it was like a "gun battle" on the street below. 12 people dialed 911 while the gunslinger shot at victims on the street, and city officials are now saying that those individuals that called are heroes.

Police arrived at the apartment complex promptly and discovered two victims in the parking lot dead. The police then discovered another man who was breathing his last near the complex. His last words were allegedly "call 911." One caller told the dispatcher at the 911 service that she was worried about a friend who was dating the individual who had the gun downstairs. The body of this woman was discovered last. Thankfully, the gunslinger has already been placed under arrest and will need to stand trial for the murders of the four individuals at the apartment complex.

Ruthless killings like this one are bone-chilling, and thankfully Washington Courts don't tolerate this type of behavior. Those charged with murder may face a lifetime in prison or the death sentence, as capital punishment has been upheld in the state. If you have been charged with a violent crime like murder, homicide, or assault then you can talk to an attorney for more information. With the right Seattle criminal lawyer on your side, you may be able to show that you have been misrepresented or that your crimes have not been presented in a truthful light. Contact a Seattle criminal attorney today for personalized service and to defend yourself against the charges that you may be facing.
